The deadline for registrations is the evening of 24th January 2014. However, it will be possible to register at the Congress at the reception terminal.

Reporters/Speakers

The registration fees for reporters or speakers include entrance to all Conference sessions for the selected day(s), the Conference pack including the Conference proceedings and the exhibition catalogue, as well as lunch, cocktails and coffee breaks for the selected day(s), unlimited access to the exhibition, and to the business area for your important appointments. Two speakers per presentation can benefit from the reduced rate. Any additional speaker must register as a Conference attendee.

Congress participants

The registration fees include entrance to all Conference sessions for the selected day(s), the Conference pack, including the conference programme and exhibition catalogue, as well as lunch, cocktails and coffee breaks for the selected day(s), unlimited access to the exhibition, and the business area for your important appointments. Please note that a 15% discount is offered for any registration received with payment before 15 November 2013.

– Members of ATEC ITS France, collective or individual receive 20% discount on the full fare.

– Local authorities benefit from a considerably reduced fee for participation in the whole event, whether as speaker, reporter or Conference participant.

– Doctoral students benefit from a considerably reduced fee for participation in the whole event, whether as speaker, reporter or Conference participant. Doctoral students must submit currently valid proof of status when registering.

– A group rate is available for participants belonging to the same private sector or public sector body. This does not apply to local authorities, which already benefit from a special rate. The group rate represents a reduction of 20% on the basic, Conference participant fee and is available for group registrations for five or more persons for both days of the Conference. – Journalists are offered free admission to the whole event. Each journalist should apply for accreditation on the event website: www.congresatecitsfrance.fr using the “Press” tab.

–Students are offered free admission, excluding meals, throughout the event. Attach currently valid proof of status when registering.
